THE FIRST QUESTION IS, is this a contribution to the literature in your field, for which you could reasonably write a grant proposal? (If not, you can look into subsidy publishing, self-publishing, or the vast small press world.)

ANOTHER MAJOR QUESTION IS: Are you aiming for an academic audience or are you popularizing your subject for a wider general public audience? Either way, keep your focus clear. To get a professional opinion about your MS, an honest assessment in a written critique, here are a few links:
